The VRG (Vegetarian Resource Group) has a 30 day menu for those who don`t like to cook. Their menu includes dinner options that are quick, easy and vegetarian. Although this free vegetarian diet does not include any ideas for breakfast and lunch and no real recipes are included, it can be perfect for those who do not like to spend time in the kitchen, yet wish to adopt a vegetarian lifestyle. Great ideas in this free diet but not suitable for those who need more guidance in transforming their diet.
